GENERAL RULES

I (further specified as the artist) have the right to deny the commissioner's (further specified as the client) order if I'm not comfortable with the idea or feel like I'm not qualified enough to draw what the client asks me for.

The artist can give the client a reason for denying their commission; however, the artist is not required to do so and may refrain from describing any details.

The artist has the right to post the finished commission at their galleries. The client can ask the artist to post their commission on a specific date if needed.

The artist will not accept commercial commissions, all purchased art is for private use only.
---
Nothing made by the artist may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

The client has the right to use their commission for non-commercial purposes, e.g. setting the piece as an avatar, using it as a banner, etc. The client can reupload the commissioned piece to the client's galleries (with credit) if desired.

The client is not allowed to alter the finished commission in any way, including drawing over it or erasing parts of it.

PAYMENT

Payment is available via Buy Me a Coffee

Buy me a Coffee accepts payments in batches of 5 usd per "coffee", so the client should divide the commission price by 5 and purchase the amount of "coffees" according to the result.

The client can choose whether they'd like to pay 100% upfront or divide the payment to two (or more, payment plans are always available) parts.

The client is required to make the payment (either full or first partial) after the sketch is ready and the client is willing to proceed.
---
If, for any reason, the client desides not to proceed with the commission before the first payment, the artist has full rights to redestribute the sketch as a YCH or use it for private art. The client does not have the right to use the unpaid sketch.

Any additional character is +100% to the price.

IMPORTANT
Due to the payment method restrictions (donations are permanent on Buy Me a Coffee) and outer and inner bank sanctions in Russia the artist will NOT be able to refund the client.

Delivery and process

The client will receive progress pieces (further specified as WiPs) throughout the whole process.

For a usual commission, the client will receive a minimum of 2 WiPs, one for the sketch stage and one for the line art with flat colors.

The client can ask the artist for an additional WiP at any time during artist's work hours.
---
Waiting time depends on how full the artist's commission list is.
The default commission deadline will be 1 month from the purchase date, if not discussed otherwise.

The client will receive a link to google docs with a high-res commission file after it is finished.

Changes

The artist will make any changes free of charge while they are working on the sketch stage.

After the sketch has been approved by the client, the artist can make up to 3 major changes, or any number of small changes free of charge.
---
Additional major changes (like a completely new pose or changing background when the piece is almost finished) will cost +15 USD each.

By purchasing a commission from the artist, the client agrees they have read through the ToS and agreed to everything stated in it.
